Vietnam is in golden population with almost three millions of students in Higher Education and many of them are from IT area. Vietnamese people have demonstrated their ability and intelligence in IT by substantial increment in IT investment from foreign company in recent years. Currently, the most employers complain about skill of recent graduates. It means that the IT Higher Education is in crisis.
A case study of Agile adoption in a big IT university - FU has demonstrated that Agile adoption is a solution for designing and implementing courses. Keep student's motivation high is the most important job of designers and teachers. In traditional model, students need to wait to the end to have feedback. The Kolb's learning cycle is too large, students cannot have fast feedback to speed up their learning and their motivation goes down. Agile does not only solve this issues, but also it is useful for many other problems in current way of teaching and learning.
